Lately I find myself drawn to places where I can walk alone, release my thoughts into the air, and let silence fill me. Long trails through the woods and fields, cemeteries filled with monuments and good souls departed… these places call to me and offer me space to move towards my silent, pure center.
Within you there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself. – Hermann Hesse
No thought, no action, no movement, total stillness: only thus can one manifest the true nature and law of things from within and unconsciously, and at last become one with heaven and earth. – Lao Tzu
He who binds to himself a joy
Doth the winged life destroy.
He who kisses the joy as it flies,
Lives in eternity’s sunrise.
– William Blake

Walk and touch peace every moment.
Walk and touch happiness every moment.
Each step brings a fresh breeze.
Each step makes a flower bloom.
Kiss the Earth with your feet.
Bring the Earth your love and happiness.
The Earth will be safe
when we feel safe in ourselves.
